Basics of tendering: types, eligibility, and evaluation
Understanding NITs, RFQs, and BOQ formats
Preparing bid documents, covering letters, annexures, and forms
Uploading tenders on online portals with DSC
Bid tracking, amendment handling, and technical compliance
Tender result analysis and bid-win strategies
Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP)
